The SMARTone-MKIII is our lowest cost solution for the decoration of phone cases. It is designed for single cases up to the size of iPhone 7 Plus/ Samsung Galaxy Note 7 using vacuum film wrapping.
The press is great for in-store retail use and allows the decoration of phone cases while the customer waits. This leads to greater customer engagement and the opportunity to maximise margins .
Team the SMARTone MKIII with a low cost A4 printer from Epson or Sawgrass for cost effective solution.
The SMARTone is also be used in the workshop for fulfillment.
1x press can produce up 320 cases per day
2x presses can produce up 640 cases per day

- The SMARTone-MkIII is designed to give the highest quality decoration.
- Straight lines and other image content are correctly reproduced.
- A5 film sheets are used to provide fast on-demand decoration using 3D sublimation. The film wraps all visible edges of the part. The use of vacuum technology means the part does not require pre-wrapping.
- A built-in film dryer and internal vacuum pump coupled with a compact design results in a system which fits on a desktop.
- When matched with a low cost printer the system brings industrial quality results in a simple to use package.
- Cycle time is 90-180 seconds.
